Thanks to its versatile use, it is possible to significantly reduce the time for tool changes and thus reduce the cost per cut. The use of hardened high speed steel (HSS) on the tooth tips makes this product resistant to dirt, which could be for example stones or metal.
The high-precision tooth setting ensures a straight cut and a high-quality material surface. The tooth geometry, which is further rounded by a coordinated blasting process, ensures high durability even when the belt is twisted or at higher cutting speeds.
