FUTURA NE RS — Modified geometry for less material loss in non-ferrous metals
While retaining all the key features of the FUTURA NE type - i.e. the robust body, suitably selected cutting edge material, positive tooth rake angle and the tightest cutting edge tolerances - we also add narrow cutting technology for less material loss with the RS geometry.
In addition to its high performance and reliability, the FUTURA NE RS also offers greater economy and a lower volume of scrap for disposal. It is particularly suitable for continuous operations on fully automated lines, where it has the ability to save additional costs in the context of the entire production process.
