This band saw blade has been specially developed for professional profile processing. The special feature of this blade compared to the PROFLEX M42 type is the hard material coating. The premium hard coating of the teeth and back of the band saw blade allows a significant extension of the service life. Less frequent tool changes make cutting more cost-effective.
PROFLEX PREMIUM M42 is equipped with a special tooth profile shape, which has a positive rake angle and a reinforced back. This significantly reduces the susceptibility to breakage and vibration. This special combination results in particularly high tooth stability during continuous use.
